In the Finnish murder case of Anneli Auer who is suspected to have killed her husband on Dec. 1 2006 at their home in Ulvila (south-west Finland), who had been arrested only two years later after the murder incident, whose eventual life sentence but had been revoked by the higher court a few years later, but who a few months later that same year was indicted and imprisoned again for other issues, too, such as for sex with minors but also again for murdering her husband, now the lower court, to which the case meanwhile has been returned to, comes to evaluate the statements of the suspect's four children who had been present at the time when the killing took place:

According to second eldest child, a boy who was seven years old at the time of the incident, who says he had overheard the happenings in the night when the killing took place behind the door of his room, Anneli Auer had planned the murdering already in the summer of 2006. His mother, he claims, had constructed a shield out of wood, to which she attached a brown towel. According to the prosecutor the shield was used to protect the clothes against being splashed by the blood spill.

Mrs. Auer also practiced the murdering a few days before the eventual incident. The boy told he had spotted that rehearsal peeping through his door.

The eldest child denies the recounts of the other siblings, stating that the killer of their father had been an intruder from outside.

The court will now have to decide on the credibility of the stories of the children...

"I, Isa, for one, instead of diverting all the while to all kinds of different projects located on opposite lanes, I for one rather concentrate on keeping to exactly one line of actions, - and mine is the preaching -, thereby making a straight way out of this life given by God unto me, a way whereon i will not have to resort to lies as others do, but it will rather bring out the truth of our human life: Thus mine is a way where one can safely tread on, whereon there is nothing to fear. Whereas yours is just a maze of vagueries. But nothing to worry, friends, easily yours, too, can be the same as mine. All we'll have to do is find the way of our lives..."

THEY, my friends then, had understood what I meant to say, and consecutively they were at peace again with themselves, with each other and the world.

But many many others would not grasp me correctly in what I am saying. Do YOU?"

I AM THE WAY, I AM LIFE, I AM THE TRUTH - the most tragically misinterpreted quintessential statement through all times. That sadly led to this tragical christocentromania amongst followers of Jesus Christ, with all its unholy outcroppings of hatred, and what more worse....next to all the good it eventually had done...

Linguistical observation:
In ancient tongues, instead of using the commonplace 'you' as in modern English to speak in lieu of all, one for reasons of courtesy, preferred to use the self-referential first person when generalizing personal statements, such as when one would be saying 'I'll it do it that way' meaning to say 'One does it that way'.

So as from neutral and unemotional grounds to be lending a mouthpiece for that Nazarene wandering preacher Isa of yesteryears, after whom by the name of Jesus the world had started to have their years counted, and countless churches built up, from 0 onwards up to now,... to be hearing now in the autumn of 2013 once more the old story in new words, the enchanting words of that wonderful soul, this time in the setting of a meeting of his with an empathetic group of family folks, with Isa speaking to them with a babe on his lap.

Me myself, I am no specific friend of Jesus', in as far my neutrality guaranteed, simply because I live in a different place as our Isa in question (and time zone for that matter), but I am likewise some sort of a preacher man, and therefore do regard him as a brotherly spirit, inasmuch there also is a best of communicational level between the two of us; (not on facebook, though, that fb app hasn't come out yet :-)

Der erste Gerichtstag der zweiten Runde des rätselhaften Mordes im finnischen Ulvila hat nicht viel Neues gebracht. Das Oberlandesgericht hat Anneli Auer schon einmal von den Mordanschuldigungen (die besagen, Frau Auer hätte im Dezember vor einigen Jahren ihren Gatten ermordet, während sie selber bis heute behauptet, ein Außenstehender wäre ins Haus eingedrungen und hätte ihren Mann umgebracht) freigesprochen, und jetzt werden wieder auf sie Beweise aufgetürmt, die zum großen Teil die gleichen sein werden wie vormals.

Neue Einlassungen zu Problemen des Familienlebens, zur unterschiedlichen Lebensauffassung (der Eheleute) und zu Auers aggressiver Natur waren bislang nicht viel mehr als unscharfe Einwürfe. Darauf wird man aber schätzungsweise noch mehrfach zurückkommen.

Nach dem ersten Tag dürfte sich jemandem, der die Sache verfolgt, lediglich die Frage aufgedrängt haben, was denn dieses Mal bei all dem belegen soll, daß Frau Auer unbedingt die Schuldige sei.

"Es liegt keine Waffe vor, aus der Rauch aufgestiegen wäre", merkte sogar selbst der Ankläger an.

Anstelle davon gibt es einen Haufen verschiedener Belege zum Tatmotiv, welche laut dem Staatsanwalt die Richter im Zusammenhang als ein Ganzes zu sehen hätten. Da werden die Schöffenrichter von Pori beim Urteilsspruch sich sehr schwer tun, wie die in der Angelegenheit bereits verhängten zwei völlig gegensätzlichen Urteile zeigen.

The above projection should be sufficient to convey the idea of the society model I want to promulgate:
Money is obviously the root of all evil, and only when the world will have overcome the need for its greed, only then will we finally be assured of happy days to stay with us for good in the future.
Weren't that only just befitting to happen in the lives of us humans born in such an outstanding body endowed with such refined inner workings that resembles in its subtle organic build-up the ethereal networking of the imperceivable lines of star light within the cosmos by its own materially engrossed design?

Why couldn't everyone of the most precious race of all life on Earth, be nourished well with no fail? For no one to die of hunger anymore.

For example, just because one head of a family was unluckier than his neighbour?? Once poorer than himself that one - until such time when that one had received a million-dollar allotment from a distant relative who suddenly got terminally ill - only then to remember his erstwhile best friend while a youth, the only one he'd now want to share his property with - but, alas, his wish having come too late for the one -...?.
That's exactly how crude this world of money is!!

Who but are we then, well-equipped with the lush resources of planet Earth, how could it be that yet many, many all over the world, these days more so than ever, can't get enough food to fill their ever hungry stomachs? Just for lack of the buying capacity!?

Mother Nature and her reproductive assimilations by virtue of sex amongst us humans as we find them inherent in ourselves as in the primeval parental conditioning rendered by Mother Nature to our most early ancestor, as most of us humans long to live as couples of two, to be caressed and touched, likewise hankers after the enlivening fondling by the bright hot Sun in her unfaltering continued rounds around the latter, and even at night their day time kissing is being reflected by the faint flirting with the Earth's face by the tender moon light's touch. These cosmic embraces by our Lord of Stars, our Great Ball of Fire, with his favorite Queen of Life, Earth our parenting ball, that hold together our loose female elements in ongoing pursuits for a centripetal hook-up and clasp-in, natural height to their mutual cosmo-physical attachment, has made life's atomic essences boil down into self-spinning globules, thereon to imbue most virulent bodies of refined matter with coming alive in well shapen organisms, more and more and ever more of vegetative, animal, and human life populating the world.

In the end, all of human life at best could well be united in one Divine attempt that were to be acquiring, - and this should be the serious goal of everyone sound thinking man interested in making most helpful political opinions today - a much needed new sense of practicality, at the onset of the start of a new round of ages to be counted on by all of humanity, at a time when we'll be working hand in hand together on all communicational and pragmatical levels voluntarily, for the good of individuals and communities. All of us then, among ourselves as well as in between all races and nations, we'll be then saying to each other that that had been the one and only really worthwhile, truly advancing step forward ever since the stone age - TO ABOLISH BLOODY MONEY - for only then we'll be able to turn off the effacing practice of making each other respond for ever to the stiff curtailing and slashing of the personal measures of values and material assets that naturally are but varying from individual to individual.

We shall repudiate the principles of rulership banked on strictly self-interested authority, we shall find replacement for that cruel slavemaster in the shape of money in lavishly sprouting voluntary dispositions and interests of self-fulfilment in the service for the common good; but this giant human advance can be made to happen only when now someone like you and me will start to adopt that line of thinking, who alongside more & more others will try to convince the world of setting up a golden age liberated from the terror of money by educating the new generation of the young and re-educating the elderly, always keeping in mind that the goal of all human evolution ought to be now in these troubled times none else but global panvoluntarism and to eventually have money totally abolished - wiped off from the face of the Earth - and consequently all financial transactions made redundant and a matter of a distant past in history books.

Up, up and away into a world where everything will be just for the taking and for the giving - truly straight from the heart. -

Wann endlich werden Fabrik- und auch andere Arbeiter soviel Mumm und Zivilcourage aufbringen, um endlich den ganzen, in ihnen aufgestauten Unmut zu dieser ach so düsteren, abscheulich ausbeuterischen kapitalistischen Zwangssituation, in der sie sich alle - rein umständehalber - gefangen sehen ("Nicht jeder trifft's im Leben eben gleich gut an" - die gängige "Entschuldigung" hingegen all der anderen, in wohlbetuchtere Verhältnisse Hineingeborenen), in voller Lautstärke in die Welt hinausposaunen, ja hinausbrüllen, und nicht mehr nur Bücklinge über Bücklinge machen vor den hohen Tieren der hehren Geschäftsführungen, um von den Damen und Herren höhere Gehälter einzufordern, sondern einen beherzten Appell an die gesamte Gesellschaft und Geschäftswelt und vor allem auch an die Hohe Politik richten, um im tiefsten Brustton der Überzeugung die allgemeine Abschaffung des Geldes zu verlangen - für gar alle Menschen in allen Ländern auf der gesamten Welt, sowie auf allen Ebenen des menschlichen Zusammenspiels?! Vorläufig indes, solange wir auf diesen schönen, hoffentlich bald nahenden Tag, der die Revolution bringt hinweg von diesem auf einem so unglücklichen Stern geborenen Kapitalismus, noch geduldig warten müssen, um jene völlig mißratene Kunst des menschlichen Zusammenwirtschaftens durch einen die ganze Welt schlagartig menschenwürdig gestaltenden Panvoluntarismus zu ersetzen, bei dem jeder nach Wunsch und Kräften mitmachen wird, müssen wir uns wohl einstweilen mit derlei "guten Nachrichten" begnügen, wie mit dieser einen hier jüngst aus Indien:

In Indien bekommen Arbeiter nach Randale eine gewaltige Lohnerhöhung zugesprochen

Eine indische Automobilfabrik hat den Arbeitern eine stattliche Lohnerhöhung zugesagt. Die Gehälter nebst anderen Vergütungen werden für die Arbeiter der Fabrik Maruti Suzuki im Laufe von drei Jahren um insgesamt 75 Prozent steigen, rechnet ein Vorsteher der Fabrik vor.

Der durchschnittliche Monatslohn wird, nebst den anderen Vergünstigungen, innerhalb von drei Jahren um circa 18'000 Rupien, bzw. 260 Euro in die Höhe gehen. Die Lohnsteigerung hebt die Arbeiter der Fabrik, die sich in japanischem Besitz befindet, auf die Stufe der bestentlohnten Industriearbeiter in Indien.

Maruti Suzuki willigte auf die Lohnverbesserung ein, nachdem im Juli die Arbeiter in der Fabrik randaliert hatten. Mit Metallstangen und Fahrzeugteilen bewaffnete Arbeiter machten Jagd auf die Geschäftsleiter und brachten einen dabei ums Leben. Nahezu einhundert bekamen Verletzungen ab.

Den Arbeitern zufolge ward der Tumult durch mickrige Gehälter und schlechte Arbeitsbedingungen ausgelöst.

Der Aufstand samt Folgen brachte dem Autohersteller Produktionsverluste von 250 Millionen Dollar, bzw. 195 Millionen Euro ein.
